Grandparents have 5 adult children and choose an outdoor location:

• 3 adult children are married with kids → 3 x $100 = $300

• 1 couple without kids → 1 x $75 = $75

💬 How is pricing structured?

Each adult child of the grandparents is charged based on their immediate family unit — not by how many people are in their family.

• Whether an adult child has 1 child or 5 children, the cost remains $100.

• If someone from a family (like a child) can’t attend, the cost does not change — it’s based on the family unit, not attendance.

This keeps pricing fair, simple, and easy to split among families!

💬 What if someone cancels last minute?

Final pricing is locked 48 hours before your session based on the original headcount and family structure.
If someone can't attend, the pricing stays the same — no changes, no refunds, no stress!

💬 Who counts toward the session pricing?

Everyone attending the session counts — including babies, toddlers, and adult children.
Each immediate family unit is priced consistently to keep things fair across all families.

💬 Can we include pets?

Absolutely! Pets are family too. 🐾
There is a $25 per pet fee to account for extra posing, time, and editing.

Important:

• Each pet must have a dedicated handler (someone other than the people being photographed) to manage the pet during the session.

• This ensures your session stays fun, smooth, and stress-free!

💬 Can we have outfit changes?

For extended family sessions, I recommend sticking to one coordinated outfit per person to keep the flow smooth and efficient.

💬 Where do extended family sessions take place?

Most sessions happen at beautiful outdoor locations.
Want a clean, classic indoor look instead? I offer studio sessions for an additional $150, subject to studio availability.

• Outdoor sessions give us more space, variety, and natural moments

• Studio sessions are great for a polished, cozy vibe (especially in winter!)

💬 What if the weather is bad?

If the weather looks dangerous (heavy rain, snowstorm, high winds), we will reschedule to the next available date. Or option to book a studio for an added fee.
If it’s just cloudy or lightly rainy, we’ll likely proceed — overcast light is gorgeous for photos!

💬 How long will the session take?

Extended Family Sessions are scheduled for 2 full hours.
This gives us plenty of time for:

• Full group portraits

• Grandparents with grandchildren

• Individual family groups

• Sibling shots

• Fun candids and relaxed moments!

💬 When will we receive our photos?

• Sneak peeks within 72 hours

• Full gallery delivered within 2–3 weeks

• Digital download of high-resolution images included

• Print release provided so you can print and share as you wish!
